Family Law in Partnership director James Pirrie has been consulted by ministers regarding forthcoming amendments to the Child Support Regulations.
James is an acknowledged expert in the law relating to child support with a commentator noting that he is “undoubtedly this country’s expert on child support”. He appeared before the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee to talk about the practical impact of the introduction of the new Child Maintenance Scheme. We have now heard that the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2018 are likely to include amendments on which James Pirrie has advised.
