Grace is an associate at Family Law in Partnership. She advises on all aspects of private family law including financial and children matters and pre and post nuptial agreements.
Grace combines an empathetic and diligent approach, with a strong technical ability.
Grace has assisted on international and high-value cases, often involving extensive business interests and issues of pre and post-marital wealth. She trained as a solicitor at Withers before moving to Family Law in Partnership in 2018. During her training, Grace spent a year in the Private Client team. She uses this background in trusts, property and estate planning to inform her advice to clients.

Grace studied law at the University of Exeter (Bachelor of Laws (LLB), First Class) and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. She recently published an article on the enforcement of arrears of spousal maintenance (“Stale Arrears – Era of Enlightenment”  June, Fam Law 70).
