We are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Fletcher and Helen Greenfield will become directors of Family Law in Partnership with effect from April 2017. Elizabeth and Helen were previously associates at Family Law in Partnership and are highly experienced family law specialists.

Elizabeth Fletcher joined Family Law in Partnership in 2007 and has specialised in family law for over 10 years. She has expertise across all aspects of family law, including financial remedy proceedings in divorce and private law children work, particularly arrangements for children and internal & external relocation. Elizabeth is both a qualified mediator and a collaboratively trained lawyer. She was shortlisted for Family Law Associate of the Year in the Jordan Family Law Awards 2014.

Helen Greenfield advises on all matters relating to family breakdown, divorce and cohabitation, focusing particularly on cases involving domestic violence and coercive control. She has already gained recognition for her expertise in this field. Helen joined Family Law in Partnership in 2006 and has specialised in family law for over 10 years. She is both a qualified mediator and a collaboratively trained lawyer. The Legal 500 UK 2016 recommends Helen for family mediation work, noting that she “gets things done“.
