Counselling

Separation/divorce and family breakdown is ranked as one of the most stressful life events …. a series of challenges and changes on the emotional, practical and financial fronts.  Whilst not all are negative or unwelcome for every person they nonetheless often require some adjustment – and for many people the stress experienced on occasions may be off the scale, impacting on self confidence, ability to work or concentrate and their view of themselves in the future.

Children and young people are also directly affected and may need their own support.

Our counselling service specialises in the complexity of relationships and offers a place for you (or you and your partner, young people, families) to consider any aspect of your situation or the decisions associated with it in a confidential stigma free way.
